During a time when health and safety is a top priority, we want you to know the additional procedures we have put in place throughout our operation. Here are some points of actions we are taking to give you the peace of mind that your health and safety is our top priority:

Our team will wear face coverings over nose and mouth during all in person meet & greets, unless instructed by the family that it’s a scare tactic for your animal. We will follow up on this the day of your appointment.
Hands are sanitized once we arrive to your residence before and after entering your home.
Handshakes are not necessary but we will still meet you with a warm smile and attitude!
During visits in your home, while the humans are away, we will wear a face covering by request only.
We completely understand your travel plans might change due to Covid-19 and you might need to cancel or change your reservation. Please reach out and let us know as soon as possible of any reservation changes. We will do our best to accommodate your revised dates.
At the beginning and end of each visit we will wash our hands and dry them off with disposable paper towels.
